📋 Description

• Manage US import/export documentation, broker instructions, export filing, and entry compliance • Build US Customs broker relationships to facilitate daily imports • Manage KPIs, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation • Work with destination sites and origin partners on CTPAT qualifications and processes • Use AES Direct, Livingston’s Tradesphere, and other Trade Management Systems for EEI filing and customs clearance • Document and communicate import/export-related job aids and requirements • Support critical projects and other Cardinal Health teams • Perform other assigned projects • Apply comprehensive knowledge to varied tasks and complex projects • Develop innovative technical solutions and may contribute to policies and procedures • Work independently with general guidance and mentor less experienced colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience, preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Experience filing US import and export declarations • Experience with NRC- and DEA-regulated exports • Experience importing pharmaceuticals and medical devices • Experience handling shipments of radioactive hazardous material • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel • Fluent communication skills in English • Experience writing standard operating procedures • Experience implementing C-TPAT programs at a destination-site level
