📋 Description

• Lead the Infrastructure Project Management Team, setting expectations for project delivery, team performance, and accountability • Develop and coach project management professionals • Directly manage complex infrastructure projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement • Build partnerships with engineering teams, business leaders, and vendors • Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and drive successful delivery outcomes • Identify risks and dependencies and facilitate decision-making • Drive consistency in project management practices, governance, and reporting • Foster continuous improvement across the PMO • Build high-performing teams through accountability, talent development, and a results-oriented culture • Communicate project health, risks, and recommendations • Manage department operations and supervise professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff • Participate in developing policies and procedures • Ensure employees operate within guidelines • Interact with subordinates, peers, customers, suppliers, and senior management • Resolve issues related to operations and/or projects and gain consensus from involved parties

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred • Experience with Planview or other project and portfolio management (PPM) platforms preferred • Demonstrated experience delivering complex infrastructure or enterprise technology projects preferred • Experience managing project management professionals while maintaining direct project or program delivery responsibility preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, business partners, and senior leaders and translate technical complexity into business impact preferred
