📋 Description

• Perform remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification • Assure acquisition or renewal of all pharmacy staff licenses • Perform as staff pharmacist as needed • Provide physician and nursing consultations • Deliver clinical medication dosing services • Review and monitor profiles and lab values for therapeutic outcomes • Coordinate access to medications according to facility policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations • Remotely service client patients and provide continuity of care • Initially work a floating overnight schedule and eventually transition to a 7-on/7-off schedule

🎯 Requirements

• California pharmacist license is required • Must reside in California • Active pharmacy license(s) in state of residence and state of original licensure • Ability to gain reciprocity to additional states required for practice • Must be able to reciprocate license • Active CA license and ability to become licensed in Nevada and Wyoming • 2–4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience preferred • Computer savvy and able to operate multiple pharmacy information systems • Excellent communication skills for interaction with healthcare professionals • Ability to work an overnight schedule and eventually a 7-on/7-off schedule
