📋 Description

• Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations with a high level of accuracy • Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles • Respond to high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff • Triage and resolve routine service inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and active listening • Apply de-escalation techniques when supporting urgent or emotionally sensitive situations • Meet service level, quality, productivity, and documentation standards • Utilize pharmacy systems and internal tools to manage workflows and document activity • Identify service issues and partner with operations leadership on resolution • Participate in training, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience • High school or better • Required CPhT or EXCPT Pharmacy Technician certification • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Clear and effective verbal communication • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a healthcare setting • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, call-driven environment • Experience working with pharmacy systems, patient records, or workflow platforms • Customer-focused problem-solving ability • Ability to handle sensitive patient and clinical information confidentially • Adaptability to changing processes, systems, and priorities • Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation standards • Ability to collaborate effectively with pharmacists and peers
