📋 Description

• Answer inbound and outbound calls daily from members, prescribers, and insurance companies • Assist new and existing members with order placement, prescription questions, and payment inquiries • Contact prescriber offices for clarifications, refills, and prescription needs • Accurately type prescription information into system workflows • Adjudicate prescriptions and resolve insurance-related issues • Route cases to Intake or other queues when appropriate • Work out of multiple queues and maintain productivity expectations • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all data entry • Follow all pharmacy regulations, policies, and internal procedures • Support members through accurate prescription processing and exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferred • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License, in good standing • Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus • Maintain appropriate licenses, training and certifications • Follow all pharmacy regulations, policies, and internal procedures • Adhere to all quality guidelines
