📋 Description

• Oversee the full lifecycle of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue processes • Ensure accurate billing, timely collections, proper disbursements, and compliant revenue recognition • Drive efficiency and accuracy across invoicing, collections, payment processing, and revenue workflows • Lead financial process improvement, ERP optimization, and automation initiatives • Identify and implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency and scalability • Manage financial systems and reporting for operational performance and cash flow visibility • Ensure accurate data capture and financial integration for month-end close and audits • Build, lead, and mentor the financial operations team • Set clear goals, accountability, and career development pathways • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Accounting, FP&A, and IT • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements • Optimize cash flow through collections, vendor payments, and liquidity management • Provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Enhance end-to-end vendor management, including onboarding, compliance, data integrity, and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial operations • 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or Revenue Operations • Demonstrated expertise in billing, collections, cash application, AP, and AR • Strong understanding of financial operations processes, internal controls, compliance requirements, and policy implementation • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Oracle • Experience with billing, collections, or process automation tools • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, manage workloads, and foster continuous improvement • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across Finance, Sales, Procurement, and IT • CPA preferred; candidates with significant financial operations leadership experience may be considered without certification • Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time • Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment
