📋 Description

• Drive client outcomes, develop executive relationships, grow the business, and develop consulting talent • Provide strategic guidance on enterprise revenue cycle transformation, operational improvement, technology optimization, and financial performance enhancement • Lead complex client engagements and oversee engagement quality, financial performance, client satisfaction, and measurable client outcomes • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, and other executive leaders • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformation initiatives • Develop and implement revenue enhancement, cash acceleration, denial reduction, and cost optimization strategies • Lead strategic discussions on operating model design, organizational structure, technology optimization, governance, and performance management • Apply advanced analytics, benchmarking, automation, and industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities • Develop revenue cycle solutions, methodologies, intellectual property, and market offerings • Lead executive steering committees and facilitate consensus among stakeholders • Champion automation, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and digital revenue cycle capabilities • Provide executive leadership and oversight for engagements • Manage client relationships, engagement economics, profitability, scope, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction • Lead sales pursuits, proposal development, statements of work, presentations, negotiations, and contracting activities • Develop strategic account plans and expansion strategies • Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, webinars, publications, benchmark studies, and market-facing content • Mentor, coach, recruit, onboard, and develop Managers, Consultants, and Analysts • Lead staffing and resource planning discussions • Complete required annual training and lead internal educational sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience • 10+ years of applicable healthcare experience • 7+ years of experience leading revenue cycle operations, healthcare consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives • Demonstrated success leading complex healthcare performance improvement programs • Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and leading large-scale transformational initiatives • Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Executive-level communication and presentation capabilities • Ability to influence and advise C-suite and senior healthcare leaders • Strong business development, relationship management, and consultative selling skills • Expertise in revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, and financial transformation • Ability to lead large, complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams • Experience developing innovative solutions and practice methodologies • Proven people leadership and talent development capabilities • Advanced analytical, strategic problem-solving, and financial management skills • Revenue cycle leadership experience across acute care, ambulatory, physician enterprise, and integrated health systems • Healthcare consulting experience focused on revenue cycle, financial transformation, operational improvement, or technology optimization • Experience leading Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, or other revenue cycle technology transformation initiatives • Track record of delivering measurable improvements in cash flow, denial reduction, revenue capture, productivity, and operating margins • Proven success developing new business and expanding executive client relationships • Experience leading enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformation programs involving operational, technology, and organizational change • Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 81-100% within the US
