📋 Description

• Lead development and maintenance of complex financial models for risk contracts, including attribution, PMPM revenue, medical expense trends, quality initiatives, reimbursement models, and performance scenarios • Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive, market, and functional leaders • Translate financial and operational data into insights, recommendations, and decision-support materials • Lead scenario modeling, risk analysis, and ROI assessments for enterprise decisions, growth initiatives, partnerships, new programs, and performance improvement • Contribute to strategic planning, annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial outlooks • Develop executive, Board, investor, and senior leadership materials • Partner with Actuarial, Analytics, Operations, Market Leadership, and Finance teams to interpret claims data and evaluate cost drivers, medical expense, MLR trends, and financial performance • Lead cross-functional analysis for programs, partnerships, market opportunities, reimbursement arrangements, and value-based care initiatives • Design and scale finance processes, reporting tools, and performance management practices • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or related field required • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance and/or corporate strategy in a high-performing, fast-paced organization • Experience developing complex financial models for forecasting business performance, evaluating financial scenarios, and projecting project ROI or business impact • Experience developing presentation materials for executive and board of director audiences • Ability to translate complex financial, operational, and healthcare data into clear insights, recommendations, and business decisions • Experience partnering cross-functionally with senior leaders in a matrixed environment • Ability to travel to Nashville, TN and/or other locations occasionally • SQL, Tableau, or other healthcare analytics tools preferred • Master’s-level degree considered a plus
