📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, educate, and pre-screen potential patients for studies • Analyze and explain study protocols and associated diseases to patients and families • Assess patient readiness for screening visits and communicate PI decisions on study eligibility • Schedule protocol-mandated patient visits and conduct retention activities • Verify study visit completion and process patient stipend payments • Communicate with patients by phone, email, and video conference • Document patient interactions in accordance with GCP and ALCOA-C • Troubleshoot technology issues for patients • Maintain study portal information and prioritize data entry, cleanup, and queries • Enter data into study systems within required timeframes • Attend meetings with PIs and site teams, prepare agendas, and present progress and escalations • Communicate with study sites to resolve issues and questions • Identify imaging facilities, explain protocol requirements, negotiate contracts, and liaise with imaging readers • Analyze study protocols and support regulatory document preparation • Assist with study-related administrative activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical research experience • Highly proficient at using clinical research technologies including recruitment platforms, IWRS, EDC, and other clinical trial software • Skillful with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) • Proficient in research terminology and basic medical terminology • Excellent working knowledge of government regulations, GCP, and ALCOA-C • Strong communication and customer service abilities • Strong organization and time management skills • High attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Critical thinker and problem solver • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment • Proper home office set-up including a private space for participant communication and high-speed internet (at minimum: 100MB up and 15 MB down, 5 GHz router) • Spanish fluency is a bonus • Must be able to work in the United States; Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
