📋 Description

• Design and execute scalable, data-informed sourcing strategies across clinical, technical, and corporate functions • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to forecast hiring demand, shape workforce plans, and advise on market conditions and time-to-fill expectations • Build and maintain high-quality active and passive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles • Establish and manage strategic relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks • Lead talent mapping initiatives aligned to future hiring priorities • Own sourcing funnel performance, including conversion rates, response rates, and time-to-source, and implement improvements • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health, diversity representation, and channel ROI • Optimize sourcing tools, outreach strategies, and automation to improve engagement and reduce time-to-fill • Track success metrics and KPIs including time-to-source, proactive-sourcing hires, sourced-to-interview conversion, candidate response rate, and qualified slate delivery speed

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines • Strong analytical capability translating sourcing data into actionable insights for hiring stakeholders • Proven ability to build and scale proactive talent pipelines in competitive talent markets • Expertise in channel strategy, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement • 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with demonstrated impact on hiring outcomes across technical, specialty, or regulated roles • Prior sourcing or recruiting experience within Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Healthcare environments strongly preferred • Experience leveraging ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM systems to inform sourcing strategy and optimize performance • Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment • Must be able to work remotely within the United States • Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
