📋 Description

• Leverage technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders • Provide analytical support and consultancy to internal and external customers • Provide advisory services to internal and external senior leaders • Query internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights • Create dynamic, visually engaging dashboards • Take business cases from inception through customer or partner execution • Lead analytic initiatives to successful outcomes • Champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Deliver high-quality outputs to senior leadership within short timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, insurance industry economics, or related field OR Master's degree with 4 years of experience OR PhD with 2 years of experience OR 10 years of experience in the relevant fields • Proficiency querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar computer languages • Ability to create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI • Business intelligence and ability to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution • Experience leading an analytic initiative to success • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality output under pressure • Preferred: experience with project management methodologies • Preferred: healthcare industry experience, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology • Preferred: experience with GitHub or similar version control/collaborative tools • Preferred: experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools
