📋 Description

• Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies • Screen candidate profiles to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit • Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships • Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company values and culture to potential candidates • Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus • Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices • Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment • Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese • Eligibility to work in the United States
