📋 Description

• Independently manage and litigate a dynamic caseload of personal injury matters across California state courts from initial filing through resolution • Prepare, draft, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and trial submissions • Conduct and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, medical professionals, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives • Utilize AI-driven legal tools and modern law firm tech stacks to draft documents, analyze case strategy, and conduct legal research • Attend court hearings, arbitrations, mandatory settlement conferences, mediations, and trials

🎯 Requirements

• Active member with the State Bar of California • 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on plaintiff-side personal injury • First-chair trial experience is strongly preferred • Must currently reside in California • Maintain a quiet, dedicated home office equipped for virtual court appearances and confidential client calls
