📋 Description

• Set and refine enterprise direction for care delivery innovation across virtual, digital, and operational care models • Translate market signals, emerging technologies, and internal performance insights into strategic priorities and measurable outcomes • Chair enterprise governance and portfolio prioritization, recommend investments, allocate resources, and make stop/continue/scale decisions • Establish stage-gates, standards, and operating rhythms across markets • Own the enterprise care innovation enablement platform strategy and multi-year roadmap • Establish governance, interoperability standards, and an experience model for scalable care models • Provide executive oversight of the care innovation platform portfolio, including vendor and partner strategy, investment decisions, optimization, and lifecycle management • Lead clinical care labs, pilots, and accelerators to test and de-risk new care models and technologies • Direct co-design with clinicians, researchers, academic partners, and patients • Drive pilot-to-scale execution, including standardization, operational readiness, training, change leadership, and performance management • Own the multi-year care innovation and clinical transformation capability roadmap • Lead cross-functional alignment across clinical, operations, digital, and technology leaders • Establish measurement and reporting for innovation outcomes, including quality, access, experience, capacity, and cost • Define and mature the enterprise transformation talent strategy and pipeline • Design and direct assigned teams, select, coach, and develop employees, and manage performance and succession planning • Develop or recommend operating and capital budgets and control expenditures • Ensure compliance with the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct, policies, regulations, and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, MS) • 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare transformation and care delivery innovation • Experience designing, testing, and scaling new care models and capabilities across virtual, digital, and operational domains • 8+ years leading enterprise-scale innovation portfolios, enabling platforms, or transformation programs from strategy through scaled adoption • Experience with governance, benefits realization, and sustained performance management • Deep understanding of clinical operations, care delivery model design, and health system complexity • Ability to translate enterprise strategy into scalable frontline workflows across multiple markets/regions • 5+ years leading leaders and/or large cross-functional teams • Executive-level influence across clinical, operations, digital, technology, finance, and compliance stakeholders • Ability to present to enterprise governance forums and translate complex topics into clear decisions and commitments • Preferred: 10+ years leading complex, multi-site or multi-market healthcare transformation • Preferred: Executive-level operating experience, including C-suite/enterprise governance, clinical/medical leadership, large budgets, and vendor portfolios • No licensure, registration, or certification required
