📋 Description

• Gain exposure to managed care contracts and learn how to analyze and model commercial reimbursement • Use Excel spreadsheets to develop payer models supporting contract analysis and negotiations • Participate in team meetings and contract modeling discussions related to active negotiations and ad-hoc financial analysis • Participate in creating the Managed Care budget and long-term forecast • Assist with developing programs, processes, or applications as needed • Adhere to established Service Standards • Operate all equipment necessary to perform the job • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate • No experience required • Currently enrolled with junior status at a regionally accredited college or university • In the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree • Grade point average of at least 2.5 • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks • Strong teamwork skills • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel • Must demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm • No relocation • No sponsorship or transfer of visa for this position now or in the future
