• Manage assigned Quality & Safety Reputation Program initiatives and key deliverables • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies • Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders • Serve as primary liaison among hospital quality leaders, service lines, operational teams, executive leadership, and external program organizations • Coordinate enterprise-wide projects and data analysis for publicly reported programs, including U.S. News & World Report, Leapfrog Hospital Survey, CMS quality programs, and other external evaluations • Plan, organize, and manage quality, safety, reputation, and public reporting projects from initiation through evaluation • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and program requirements • Coordinate training, education, and stakeholder engagement activities • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret performance data for public reporting and reputation programs • Develop scorecards, reports, and executive presentations translating complex data into actionable insights • Support analyses identifying trends, forecasting performance outcomes, and informing improvement efforts • Foster partnerships across facilities, service lines, departments, and leadership • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data governance, project management methodologies, and program effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required • Ability to manage quality, safety, reputation, and public reporting projects • Knowledge of publicly reported programs, including U.S. News & World Report, Leapfrog Hospital Survey, and CMS quality programs • Ability to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, scorecards, reports, and executive presentations • Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret performance data • Ability to lead cross-functional teams • Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and program requirements • Ability to coordinate training, education, and stakeholder engagement activities • Ability to identify trends and forecast performance outcomes • Ability to improve reporting processes, data governance, and project management methodologies • Ability to operate a keyboard and computer and work safely
