📋 Description

• Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation, timelines, and milestones aligned to client objectives • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor project budgets and financial performance • Lead cross-functional project teams and provide direction and guidance • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues • Maintain QA adherence across project teams and defined project stages • Obtain stakeholder signoff at defined project stage gates • Conduct project kickoff meetings • Manage client communication and expectations during HRIS deployments • Translate client needs into actionable project plans with technical teams • Coordinate with software-vendor project managers and technical resources during implementations • Monitor project progress and adjust resources and timelines • Maintain project documentation and prepare client and leadership reports • Manage change processes and scope, budget, and timeline deviations • Manage resource scheduling and coordinate staffing with other departments • Facilitate client reviews, internal meetings, and post-project lessons-learned meetings • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify improvements • Handle client project inquiries and escalations • Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, particularly in HR and IT • 5+ years of project management experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar environment • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, including Paycor, Paylocity, ADP, Workday, UKG, Kronos, or SuccessFactors • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Office, Asana, or Monday.com • PMP certification or equivalent highly preferred
