📋 Description

• Manage complex HPC and AI delivery and deployments across the Americas, including hardware, software, fabric, acceptance, and internal and customer interactions • Manage customer project and solution delivery • Work directly with customers and multiple teams • Manage complex, high-risk deployment schedules across American regions • Manage complex legal and commercial issues • Manage project financials, including project P&L • Manage client relationships and upper-level client delivery relationships • Represent the organization to external customers and clients • Manage internal project teams across multiple HPE organizations • Manage internal and external resources with a team size of fewer than 40 people • Mentor project team members and encourage skill development • Provide performance review input and development recommendations for team members • Communicate program plans, proposals, and results • Negotiate options at senior management levels

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required • Extensive travel required every 2 or 3 weeks • Remote position based in Virginia preferred • Extensive experience using project and program planning tools and software packages • Ability to comprehend, manage, and direct technical deployment work within a team environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated business acumen • Successful experience managing all aspects of programs • Experience communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Mastery in English and local language • Ability to communicate program plans, proposals, and results effectively • Ability to negotiate options at senior management levels • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 7 years of experience in technical project management • PMP certification is a plus • In-depth understanding of company services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
