📋 Description

• Collect data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation • Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues • Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans • Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and promote health and a safe environment • Delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers • Evaluate progress toward goals and outcomes • Practice according to cultural diversity and inclusion principles • Communicate effectively across all areas of practice • Collaborate with healthcare consumers and key stakeholders • Demonstrate leadership in professional nursing practice • Maintain current nursing knowledge and competence • Integrate evidence and research findings into practice • Contribute to quality nursing practice • Evaluate nursing practice against professional standards, guidelines, statutes, rules, and regulations • Use appropriate resources to provide safe, effective, fiscally responsible, evidence-based nursing services • Practice ethically and in an environmentally safe and healthy manner • Promote shared governance and facility decision-making activities

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state in which you work and reside; or, for National License Compact states, meet licensure requirements in your home state; or, for non-National License Compact states, hold a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where the RN works • BLS required per policy guidelines • Must speak English in good, understandable terms • Must be able to lift and support 35 pounds • Intact sight, hearing, smell, and touch • Finger dexterity • Critical thinking and ability to concentrate • Ability to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions • Physical Abilities Testing required • Ability to work weekends, 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
