📋 Description

• Deliver in-home clinical services to patients initiating therapy with complex medications • Travel to patient residences within the designated geographic area • Perform blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport • Follow laboratory safety, handling, and regulatory procedures • Conduct trained screenings, including EKGs and macular edema screening exams • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, transportation, and supplies storage • Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory • Collaborate with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team and submit visit-related paperwork • Identify and report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries • Maintain accurate mileage and time logs

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license required • Current CPR certification required • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings required • At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred • Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds • Ability and willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits • Proficiency in using medical equipment and maintaining proper documentation • Fluent in spoken and written English • Valid driver’s license required • Subject to drug screening and background check after accepting an offer
