📋 Description

• Travel to patient residences to deliver in-home clinical services for patients initiating therapy with complex medications • Perform blood specimen collection, labeling, and transportation according to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards • Follow laboratory safety and specimen-handling procedures and deliver specimens to designated laboratories • Conduct trained screenings, including electrocardiograms (EKGs) and macular edema screening exams • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, transportation, and supplies storage • Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory • Collaborate with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team to complete and submit visit-related paperwork accurately and promptly • Identify and report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries • Maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license required • Current CPR certification required • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings required • At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred • Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport medical or diagnostic equipment • Ability and willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits • Proficiency in using medical equipment and maintaining proper documentation • Fluent in spoken and written English • Valid driver’s license required, subject to driving-record review before hire • Must complete a drug screening and background check after accepting an offer
