📋 Description

• Support Medical Group Operations • Leverage Epic’s analytics ecosystem and governed data assets to develop insights for ambulatory operations, physician enterprise objectives, clinical performance, and strategic decision-making • Use the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), Snowflake, and governed medallion architecture datasets for enterprise data integration • Develop reports and visualizations using Radar and Power BI • Independently partner with stakeholders to define business requirements • Develop analytic solutions, interpret results, and communicate findings to operational, clinical, and executive leaders • Serve as a trusted analytics partner across Medical Group Analytics, ambulatory practices, service lines, and physician enterprise functions • Mentor and help support junior analyst team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, 3 years’ experience, and/or certifications in related tools and healthcare or other • Experience mining and manipulating data from enterprise warehouse systems and using large data sets • Knowledge of extract, transform, and load (ETL) data integration processes • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Intermediate SQL skills • Intermediate skills in data visualization applications • Expected to earn Epic Cogito 170 certification • Expected to earn foundational Snowflake credentials • Expertise in operational, clinical, financial, and provider performance data • Ability to operate as an Analytics Citizen Developer Level 1
