📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the live events business and how supply dynamics drive marketplace health • Partner with Supply, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to define an analytics roadmap • Guide seller policy decisions by quantifying trade-offs and measuring post-launch impact • Work with Client Success and Entertainment teams to maximize partnership value and help clients grow • Equip account managers with data-driven insights to strengthen seller relationships and uncover growth opportunities • Build measurement frameworks and reporting using AI development tools • Collaborate with engineers to rapidly iterate on features • Conduct exploratory and root-cause analysis to explain performance shifts and identify improvement opportunities • Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for internal leaders • Create or improve datasets and contribute to the analytics tooling ecosystem, including dbt and Hex

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in analytics, data science, or adjacent roles, preferably in tech, ecommerce marketplaces, or consumer products • Expert-level knowledge of SQL and experience performing analysis with large datasets • Demonstrated ability to own ambiguous problem spaces, from framing questions to delivering recommendations • Strong communication skills, including simplifying complex analyses and defending methodology choices • Track record of influencing business strategy with data • Required language: SQL • Python is nice-to-have • Domain expertise or past experience with a two-sided marketplace is nice-to-have
