📋 Description

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and working meetings to identify business needs, clarify priorities, and define project scope • Document current workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop future-state processes • Analyze business needs within Salesforce-based applications and document workflow and data requirements • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to evaluate and refine solutions • Translate public assistance, recovery support, grants management, and mitigation-related processes into application requirements • Develop and refine epics, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria • Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams • Analyze application and program data and help define reports and dashboards • Partner with Quality Engineering and business users to validate requirements and support user acceptance testing • Document defects and confirm delivered functionality meets business needs • Maintain requirements, process flows, data mappings, decision records, and related traceability documentation • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and other Agile activities • Coordinate with analysts and technical teams to support consistent functionality across products • Support a federal government client in mission-driven program modernization

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • Currently reside within the United States • Lived within the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years • Eligible to obtain and maintain the required U.S. government Public Trust suitability determination • Successfully complete the required background investigation, including a credit check, before beginning work • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, business process improvement, or a closely related discipline • Hands-on professional experience with Salesforce-based applications • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria • Experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements • Experience facilitating discussions with business users and technical teams • Ability to translate business needs into implementable and testable requirements • Experience reviewing data, identifying inconsistencies, and defining reporting or dashboard requirements • Experience supporting user acceptance testing, reviewing application behavior, and tracking issues through resolution • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment using Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities and maintain clear documentation • Availability for meetings and collaboration during Eastern Time work hours
