📋 Description

• Manage multiple, variable tasks and data review processes • Perform mass data entry, maintenance, and update projects • Complete data audits and evaluations within core systems • Identify and resolve complex issues, including mass change updates and reconciliation projects • Operationalize data from various sources • Analyze workflow issues and data integrity problems • Advise management and recommend resolutions • Develop and submit internal and external status reports • Create reports and data reconciliations using Access, Excel, Business Objects, and other reporting tools • Work with provider, claims, and membership data • Collaborate with business, compliance, operational, and technology partners to support CMS data integrity and external audit activities

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 0–2 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience • Experience using SQL to query, validate, reconcile, and analyze data • Experience supporting data quality, audit, compliance, regulatory reporting, or operational reporting initiatives • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to investigate issues, validate findings, and support data-driven decision making • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, regulatory, audit, or compliance experience • Experience with Business Intelligence and SQL tools preferred • Proficiency with Access, Excel, Business Objects, and other reporting tools
