📋 Description

• Collect and organize data from individualized 360-degree assessments for approximately 100 Department of the Navy Office of the General Counsel personnel • Analyze assessment data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas in leadership and attorney development • Prepare comprehensive reports and visual representations of assessment results • Collaborate with the Assessment Facilitator to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality • Assist in developing assessment questions aligned with talent development objectives • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support talent development initiatives • Maintain data integrity and securely manage confidential information • Communicate findings effectively to legal professionals and leadership • Ensure work products are thorough, accurate, documented, and compliant with established criteria • Meet milestones and delivery schedules in a competent and professional manner

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in data analysis • At least two (2) years of experience supporting talent development initiatives within the last five (5) years • Understanding of data analysis techniques and talent development principles • Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field is preferred • Familiarity with legal practices and talent development concepts is advantageous • Experience working in a legal setting and familiarity with attorney-client privilege is desirable • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with the Assessment Facilitator and other team members • Ability to multitask and manage time and organization effectively • U.S. citizenship required • No visa sponsorship; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship unavailable • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Ideal proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary • Ability to perform the listed responsibilities and duties
