📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams • Coordinate Data and Analytics executive steering committees and set agendas with cross-functional stakeholders • Deliver key content and track action items to completion • Establish and report key product and business metrics for executive decision-making • Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights • Collaborate on Quarterly Product Reviews, bi-annual Product Roadmap Reviews, and annual Summer Strategy • Use AI to enhance program efficiency, decision-making, communication, and risk management • Define and execute Data and Analytics go-to-market readiness plans for new and existing products • Identify and resolve critical-path go-to-market issues across cross-functional teams • Maintain NPI team process governance, including standards, templates, tooling, and compliance • Develop and drive Data and Analytics Product Advisory Council activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 10+ years of technical program management experience OR 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one technology or consulting firms • Enterprise software/SaaS industry domain expertise is a plus • Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal, and other go-to-market teams • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives • Process-driven approach and propensity to create and employ repeatable processes • Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
