📋 Description

• Partner with Medical Affairs to define, refine, and evolve metrics and KPIs across conditions and services • Build, document, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Omni, Hex, or similar business intelligence tools • Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses addressing business and clinical questions • Identify trends and gaps in clinical improvement initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements • Contribute to dbt models and maintain consistent, scalable data structures • Partner with data, product, engineering, analytics engineering, and data science teams to provide necessary data sources and investigate trends • Advise Medical Affairs leadership on success measurement and strategic initiatives • Provide training, documentation, and support for dashboards and data products • Ensure accurate, consistent reporting and metric documentation across the business • Use AI-forward approaches and analyze data derived from AI technologies for clinical and operational insights • Lead stakeholder meetings and provide status, bandwidth, Jira, and Slack updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools • Expert in SQL • Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools • Experience with Omni, Hex, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools • Experience creating data models and building dashboards • Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Comfortable working independently with executive-level team members • Strong user empathy and collaborative stakeholder engagement • Ability to proactively manage priorities and dependencies • Ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas and changing priorities • Early adopter of AI and automation tools; experience experimenting with LLMs and AI-assisted analytics • Understanding of key machine learning concepts • Passion for Spring Health’s mission to remove barriers to mental health
