📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into Workday Benefits solutions, functional specifications, and system configurations • Design, configure, maintain, and support Workday solutions focused on Benefits • Lead Benefits configuration and administration, including health, wellness, and voluntary plans, eligibility rules, event-driven processes, testing, and issue resolution • Configure business process changes, eligibility rules, condition rules, and validation logic • Serve as the Workday Benefits subject matter expert • Partner with Benefits, HR COEs, Payroll, Finance, Shared Services, reporting teams, vendors, and other stakeholders • Analyze system impacts and implement enhancements for business changes, regulatory requirements, and Workday releases • Automate, simplify, and improve HR and Benefits operations • Develop and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues through research, testing, and root cause analysis • Design, build, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics • Configure and maintain benefit plans, packages, eligibility criteria, and reference data • Participate in project lifecycle activities from requirements gathering through post-production support • Support Workday release management • Create and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, process flows, job aids, and reporting • Monitor and communicate status of issues, enhancements, and project activities • Provide responsive customer support and maintain stakeholder relationships • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and benefits-related processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics or equivalent field; experience may be substituted for education • 3-5 years of HRIS or Workday experience • 2+ years of Workday Benefits configuration and administration experience • Experience supporting Benefits Open Enrollment and annual HR programs • Experience managing project timelines, tasks and deliverables • Experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry • HCM configuration experience • Strong knowledge of Workday Benefits, Core HCM, business processes, security, reporting, and related functionality • Experience configuring eligibility rules, benefit events, enrollment processes, and benefits integrations • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis • Knowledge of system, integration, and user acceptance testing methodologies • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement • Workday Pro Benefits Certification preferred • Workday Pro HCM Core Certification preferred
