📋 Description

• Report to a supervisor level in the Finding Support Center • Create technology-based solutions to optimize advertising campaign production • Follow software development design standards and take responsibility for code written • Analyze advertising, key indicator, and routing reports in Tableau to identify worldwide finding improvement opportunities • Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information into clear takeaways and recommendations • Share mission feedback with product managers and developers • Assist with global rollout of technology solutions • Develop spreadsheets and processes to measure Finding Support Center outputs, outcomes, and impact • Facilitate systems ideation, development, and implementation • Troubleshoot technology issues • Assist with ongoing training and development of Mission Finding Specialists and Supervisors • Use programming languages to develop technology solutions within the Microsoft platform • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Returned missionary • 1 year of relevant work experience • Experience with data-driven decision making • Experience utilizing social media for missionary work • Ability to plan time effectively while independently managing and collaborating on multiple projects and clients simultaneously • Experience with training • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills • Experience with software development, specifically Python and JavaScript • Experience with PowerPoint • Excellent written, virtual, and verbal communication skills • Self-starter, innovative, and always learning • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented • Ability to meet physical requirements such as sitting for long periods and using monitors/equipment • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy • Preferred: Previous or current Finding Support Center experience • Preferred: Understanding of best practices for direct response marketing • Preferred: Experience as a mission social media leader or referral secretary • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure Functions and Power Automate • Preferred: Experience in software development • Preferred: Experience in technology-based solutions
