📋 Description

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications • Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software • Analyze and determine system requirements and specifications • Perform and document workflow analysis while evaluating user experience • Support and maintain application environments using domain knowledge • Create and maintain implementation documentation and training materials • Configure changes within Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows • Correct issues, conduct routine maintenance, update systems with new functionality, and implement new technologies • Guide and support end-users and resolve end-user system issues • Contribute to and independently manage small to medium projects • Provide stakeholders with timely updates on tasks, projects, and issues • Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex problems • Identify solutions and complete documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules • Associate's degree required, or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree • Epic Application Certification within 6 months • Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity • Excellent customer service skills • Critical thinking skills • Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills in managing priorities • Knowledge of project management principles • 3 years of healthcare industry experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience preferred • Beaker certification preferred • Ability to comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, applicable laws, and training requirements • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly, 10 to 25 pounds occasionally, and 25 to 50 pounds rarely
