• Support United Concordia dental applications • Troubleshoot production issues and support incidents • Identify root causes across system, data, and configuration issues • Implement effective solutions and support defect triage and resolution • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field • Minimum 3 - 5 years in IS/IT • 1 - 3 years in Lean/Six Sigma experience • 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry • 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
