📋 Description

• Analyze and interrogate pacemakers, ICDs, and implantable loop recorders across cardiology practices • Support the telemonitoring program by reviewing data and maintaining the software application • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of pacemaker equipment • Analyze and re-program pacemakers using various programs • Perform independent quarterly transtelephonic pacemaker checks • Manage all data through the software application • Reprogram devices as ordered by physicians • Maintain follow-up appointments for pacemaker and ICD patients • Conduct family and patient education on pacemaker/ICD care • Perform EKGs as needed • Perform other assigned or required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum associate degree • One or more years of related experience and training • 1 year of experience as a Senior Monitor technician • Preferred: 1 year in the electrophysiology field • BLS certification • Knowledge and understanding of pacemaker equipment • Ability to analyze and re-program pacemakers • Ability to perform quarterly transtelephonic pacemaker checks • Ability to use and maintain telemonitoring software applications • Ability to perform EKGs
