📋 Description

• Design, develop, execute, disseminate and interpret clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports • Use clinical, member, financial and administrative data to identify, develop and monitor opportunities to improve health and healthcare outcomes, clinical quality and costs of care • Manage projects efficiently and effectively through successful completion • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external clinical, administrative, operational, financial and technical stakeholders • Ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with organizational priorities, needs, plans and resources • Serve as a strategic business partner and provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise • Support Senior and Lead analysts with consultative, technical, subject matter and business expertise mentorship • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US citizen due to contractual/access requirements • 2 years leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies of progressive scope and complexity • 2 years using coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes with claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data • 1 year of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment • 1 year providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders • Strong healthcare/insurance analytics background preferred • R, SQL, and BigQuery/GCP experience strongly preferred • Tableau experience strongly preferred • Strong working knowledge of coding languages, relational databases, quantitative and qualitative analytic methodologies, advanced analytics and statistics • Healthcare industry expertise and knowledge of health insurance, healthcare delivery, provider relationships and regulatory issues • Experience with clinical and business processes • Demonstrated ability to informally lead matrixed teams • Bachelor's degree in public health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy or related field OR 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree • Master's degree in a related field preferred • No licenses or certifications required • English is the working language; no additional language required
