📋 Description

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications, primarily Planning / EPBCS • Support application configurations, dimensions, metadata, security, business rules, integrations, Smart View reporting, scheduled jobs, and production support • Support planning and forecast cycles, troubleshoot user and system issues, and ensure data accuracy across source and target systems • Gather and document business requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation • Recommend process improvements and develop automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency • Work across functional and technical teams to deliver enhancements, support change management, and promote Oracle Cloud EPM administration and development best practices • Convert documented capability needs into quality business solutions for complex issues through analysis, design, development, unit testing, UAT support, and go-live enablement • Assist with production support and manage data loads and forms • Provide subject matter expertise for project and production activities, including strategic programs and initiatives • Support large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation programs through data gathering, solution design, process documentation, user guides, analysis, problem solving, and recommendations • Support requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and results analysis • Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management; assist with design walkthroughs and sprint reviews • Mentor and educate business functional users and team members • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline • At least 3 years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), FCC, or ARCS • At least 5 years of experience designing, building, or implementing technical solutions, or accounting, finance, or business analyst experience • Direct experience with Oracle Cloud Planning / EPBCS, including application administration, forms, dashboards, business rules, data maps, Smart Push, metadata, security, integrations, reporting, and planning or forecasting cycle support • Significant experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications • Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud application development and support, including Planning, PBCS, FCC, ARCS, Ent Report, Tax Reporting, and EDM • Participation in at least one Oracle EPM system implementation • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Lifecycle • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong technical competency in a rapidly changing, technology-driven environment • Ability to create applications, design dimensions, set up formulas, and develop complex business rules • Ability to understand business needs, maintain cross-functional relationships, and identify business cases for evolving technologies • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial statements, consolidation, close, account reconciliation, and corporate finance processes • Strong SQL and/or OLAP skills • Experience with Groovy scripting for Planning business rules, validations, automation, data movement, and performance optimization • Experience with EPM Automate, REST APIs, Data Integration, pipeline or batch processing, ERP or general ledger integrations, Smart View, Microsoft Excel, and technical troubleshooting strongly preferred • Healthcare or health insurance industry experience preferred • 7 or more years of Oracle EPM development, administration, or production support experience preferred • Experience supporting large enterprise EPM environments preferred • Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud integrations preferred • Agile or SDLC delivery experience preferred • Knowledge of SQL or data warehousing concepts preferred • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, affiliate onboarding, or enterprise finance transformation initiatives preferred • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications preferred • Language other than English: None • Travel requirement: 0%–25% • Required licenses or certifications: None
