• Develop and conduct live, virtual, and recorded training sessions for new hires and existing staff on case management programs and workflows • Collaborate with leadership to map, develop, optimize, and manage departmental clinical workflows • Author and maintain step-by-step job aids, reference guides, and desktop procedures • Standardize, review, and control version history for internal clinical and operational documentation • Build, organize, and maintain the department SharePoint site and training assets • Incorporate NCQA, CMS Medicare, and DHA TRICARE regulatory requirements into training materials • Audit staff documentation after training to identify knowledge gaps and implement remedial coaching as needed • Support compliance with performance benchmarks while improving quality, optimizing cost, and improving patient experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, Nursing, or related field required • Minimum 5 years of clinical case management experience within a managed care organization or health insurer with Medicare Advantage required • Combined experience facilitating live, virtual, and hybrid classrooms in a corporate healthcare or managed care setting required • Experience building QA audit tools, analyzing performance metrics, and creating remediation plans • Demonstrated experience with NCQA case management accreditation standards, audit preparations, and HEDIS quality metrics required • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and ability to prioritize work required • Competence with computers and business applications • Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access required • Proven background in adult learning principles and instructional design • Proven track record of building comprehensive training curriculums from scratch and translating complex medical workflows into digestible learning paths • Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health preferred • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or American Case Management Association (ACMA) certification preferred • TRICARE experience preferred • Proficiency in health IT systems, specialized Case Management platforms, Electronic Health Records, and clinical data analytics reporting tools preferred • Proficiency in SharePoint administration preferred
