📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions for a field sales organization • Support Brand or Franchise organizations in training solution design and delivery • Represent Training & Development and Brand Strategy in training programs and solutions • Build relationships and partnerships with stakeholders at various levels • Provide performance coaching and candid verbal and written feedback to training participants • Adjust coaching and training techniques to individual participant skill levels • Develop Rotational Trainers and Guest Trainers through meaningful class roles, one-to-one coaching, and performance feedback • Integrate training activities into brand team business plans • Apply knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, priorities, products, disease states, customer skills, and business skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP • Project management experience and/or proven ability to manage in a matrixed organization • High-performing sales track record • Strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization • Ability to work with individuals at all management levels to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy • Ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage • Preferred: Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer experience • Travel approximately 25% of the time
