📋 Description

• Design, build, and continuously improve foundational 101 and advanced 201 training curricula covering Claude, the Anthropic API and developer platform, prompting best practices, and integration patterns • Develop slide decks, hands-on labs, quick-reference guides, certification assessments, and recorded content • Structure content using instructional design principles to drive retention and behavior change • Keep curricula current as Anthropic releases new Claude models and platform capabilities • Deliver live virtual and in-person training to internal delivery teams, partners, and clients • Tailor enablement content to non-technical business users, developers, and solution architects • Demo Claude capabilities, including the API, prompting techniques, and integration patterns, and answer technical questions • Provide office hours and follow-up technical support • Own and evolve NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program • Design applied competency assessments • Track certification status, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics; report program health to practice leadership • Partner with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify enablement gaps and prioritize training • Gather learner feedback and iterate on content quality, pacing, and format • Travel as needed for in-person training at client sites, offsites, and events, estimated up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role • Strong technical foundation, including comfort with APIs and integrations • Hands-on experience with Claude or comparable LLM platforms sufficient to teach and troubleshoot confidently • Experience designing and delivering tiered 101 and 201 training curricula to mixed technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills across virtual and in-person formats • Strong instructional design skills focused on retention • Anthropic Certified Trainer credential, or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment • Clear, structured written and verbal communication • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Preferred: experience training on AI/ML products, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools • Preferred: experience with ADDIE or adult-learning methodologies • Preferred: experience building or administering certification or LMS-based programs • Preferred: background in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture • Preferred: familiarity with ServiceNow AI Agents or similar workflow automation platforms
