📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions for a field sales organization • Represent Training & Development and Brand Strategy in training programs and solutions • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders at various management levels • Provide performance coaching and candid verbal and written feedback • Adjust coaching and training techniques to individual participant skill levels • Develop Rotational Trainers and Guest Trainers through meaningful class roles and one-to-one coaching • Integrate training activities with brand team business plans, strategies, and priorities • Apply knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, priorities, customer skills, and business skills • Support performance learning and alignment with business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required • 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP • Project management experience and/or proven ability to manage in a matrixed organization • High-performing sales track record • Strong understanding of drivers of success in a commercial organization • Ability to work with individuals at all management levels to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy • Ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that create competitive advantage • Willingness to travel 25% of the time • Preferred: Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer experience
