📋 Description
• Receive and review media links submitted electronically by faculty for captioning • Process media through designated online platforms following established procedures • Submit media for captioning by a third-party vendor • Maintain accurate records of submissions using a tracking spreadsheet • Process submissions generally within 1–2 business days of receipt
🎯 Requirements
• HS Diploma/GED • 2 years of administrative experience • Basic computer proficiency • Strong attention to detail • Organizational skills • Ability to work independently • No prior captioning experience required
