📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for global fundraising strategies • Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports tracking fundraising performance and donor engagement • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and growth opportunities • Develop data models and reports for external benchmarking • Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for fundraising effectiveness • Provide insights for fundraising campaigns, donor retention, and personalized donor experiences • Partner with Philanthropy and High Value fundraising teams as their main analytics partner • Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, finance, and Analytics teams • Present complex data insights clearly to senior management • Improve data collection and reporting processes • Monitor industry trends and emerging analytics tools • Act as a technical leader and promote best practices in coding, statistics, and analysis • Uphold IRC values, safeguarding standards, and professional conduct

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years working in data analytics • Proven experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization platforms • Experience planning and executing complex analytics projects across multiple stakeholders • More than two years of professional experience with SQL and relational databases • Knowledge of dimensional modeling and workflow orchestration tools • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other business intelligence tools • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong data visualization and communication skills • Ability to work in a multicultural environment • Knowledge of philanthropy, major gifts, or nonprofit fundraising analytics is a nice-to-have • Experience with Databricks and dbt is a nice-to-have • Experience with web analytics and tools such as Heap or Amplitude is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM technology is a nice-to-have • Right to work in the United States of America or United Kingdom • Adherence to IRC Way – Standards for Professional Conduct
