📋 Description

• Provide advanced system-level support for multi-user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools • Install, configure, maintain, and support complex systems • Train end users and outside departments on current applications • Apply advanced systems analysis knowledge • Lead and participate in project planning sessions • Establish project goals, milestones, procedures, roles, and responsibilities • Acquire project resources and coordinate projects throughout Wellstar • Monitor project progress and identify, mitigate, and communicate issues and risks • Manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity • Work closely with project leaders to meet project deadlines • Promote excellent customer service and strong communication to ensure software application success • Collaborate with Information Systems staff, clinical and operational departments, and other Wellstar personnel • Follow on-call, incident management, change management testing, and timekeeping processes • Provide project updates on progress and outstanding issues • Support Wellstar's vision, mission, and credo • Pursue continuous learning, mentor team members, and share professional knowledge • Perform additional duties as assigned • Comply with Wellstar policies, standards of work, and code of conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in another/related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work well in a team environment and give and receive constructive feedback • Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks independently with little to no guidance • Close attention to detail • Ability to provide extensive guidance to other team members • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement • In-depth understanding of application support • Ability to serve as a primary resource for more than one application module • Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation • Ability to offer best practices or recommended solutions • Epic Willow certification is indicated in the job title • All required certifications must be held upon hire unless otherwise stated
