📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of advanced application and system solutions for key Aerospace and Defense customers • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to achieve business objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, engineers, technical partners, and other stakeholders • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned Aerospace and Defense market • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric technical solutions • Formulate and execute sales strategies with the SAM for supported customers • Identify and develop relationships for new project opportunities • Provide daily technical support and problem resolution with sales partners • Report directly to the Sales Director for Aerospace

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Aerospace and Defense industry experience, including customer-facing technical sales, engineering, or business development responsibilities • Technical background in advanced application and systems engineering • Technical background in sensing technologies and related sales activities • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Track record of exceeding financial targets • Ability to achieve results in a matrixed organization structure • Clear communication and vision-setting skills • Professional presence and communication skills to interact with customers at all levels of the organization • Ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships • Strategic mindset to scope tasks and achieve goals • Timely decision-making in the face of complexity and ambiguity • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and reliability from a technical perspective • Classified Clearance • U.S. person status required: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
