📋 Description

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites after Honeywell-specific training • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency, and reliability • Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field • Document service activities and maintain accurate work records • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives • Travel extensively to customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support roles • 3+ years of technical knowledge and experience with electronic, mechanical, or software systems relevant to Honeywell products • PLC knowledge is a plus • 3+ years of experience inspecting complex technical equipment • Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools • Valid driver’s license • Willingness and ability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field preferred • Experience working in industrial or commercial service environments • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field assignments • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
