📋 Description

• play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers by evaluating, testing, and maintaining complex combustion systems and equipment. • utilize your technical expertise to identify issues and provide exceptional customer service in the field. • impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. • work remotely for our Honeywell facility at various customer locations. • travel is a must, expect 70% to 80% travel requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support roles. • 3+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or software systems relevant to Honeywell products experience. PLC knowledge is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in inspecting complex technical equipment. • Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools. • Valid driver’s license • Must be willing and have the ability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field preferred. • Experience working in industrial or commercial service environments. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field assignments. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
