📋 Description

• Drive growth and expand market presence for PSS software by acting as a software specific overlay alongside our PSS hardware sales team. • Identify new software sales opportunities, developing strategic sales plans and leading the software sales process from opportunity identification to close. • Impact Software Solutions business by increasing revenue streams, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning PSS software as a leading solution in the market. • Collaborate with the PSS hardware team to achieve these goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the software industry, preferably with software solutions like PSS. • Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and client relationship management to drive business growth. • Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with corporate objectives and market demands. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance and optimize sales efforts. • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% throughout the West Coast • Ability to lead and drive a solution sale presenting to C-Suite teams • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts in the software sector. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform business decisions. • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of software development, cycle and technology trends is a plus.
