📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical partner to the Strategic Sales team, providing expert guidance throughout the sales cycle • Prepare detailed technical specifications, system requirements, and application configurations to support accurate proposals and customer packages • Develop relationships with key stakeholders by educating and acting as a consultant to increase consideration, position specification, and adoption of Honeywell technology and solutions • Lead technical discovery sessions, solution walk-throughs, and product demonstrations with prospective customers • Develop system architectures, integration approaches, and application recommendations based on customer needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions • Understand all applicable building codes, standards, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of transferable experience in sales engineering roles • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Healthcare • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles • Strong technical background in application and systems engineering • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Experience working with Engineering specifications • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics (valued/preferred, not required) • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field (valued/preferred, not required)
