📋 Description

• Oversee installation and commissioning of conveyor systems installed by Honeywell resources or subcontracted installers. • Ensure timely and quality installations that meet customer expectations while managing costs, tools, processes, and value engineering to achieve business goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and enhance customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience performing case conveyor installation and commissioning along with In depth technical knowledge of conveyor systems and installation practices. • 5+ years enforcing safe practices for proper use of tools commonly used, such as power tools, cranes, hoists and slings, forklifts, scissor lifts, etc. • 5+ years of experience reviewing and understanding mechanical and electrical system drawings. • 5+ years of experience using computer tools to identify upcoming project opportunities, assess their suitability for self-installation based on available skill sets and project timelines. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field • Must be physically able to traverse project construction sites, including stairs and ladders in order to inspect work and collaborate issue resolutions. • Strong leadership and team management skills • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks • Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to drive change and innovation • Results-oriented approach
