📋 Description

• Lead installation design of connected portable gas detection solutions integrating connected hardware and cloud software platforms • Translate customer requirements into scalable hardware and software deployments for real-time monitoring, emergency response, fleet management, and compliance reporting • Define integrations with enterprise systems, mobile apps, and asset tracking • Support end-to-end onboarding, including device provisioning, connectivity setup, account creation, and subscription enablement • Configure cellular connectivity, data flows, and QR/NFC-based asset registration and tracking • Provide advanced troubleshooting for connected devices, data transmission issues, and platform integrations • Act as an escalation point for field service engineers and customer success teams • Support remote diagnostics and technical support frameworks • Deliver customer training on connected solutions, fleet management, and analytics tools • Drive best practices for compliance workflows, predictive safety, and incident reduction • Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell opportunities and support new-logo acquisition • Contribute to service offerings and connected-solutions value propositions

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years' experience in gas detection, industrial IoT/connected devices, and field service or technical consulting • Experience with cloud platforms, data connectivity, and telemetry systems • Experience with industrial safety systems • U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or asylum/refugee status in the U.S. required due to export control laws • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Industrial, or related) valued • Experience with Safety Suite or similar industrial SaaS platforms valued • Knowledge of compliance standards in industrial safety valued • Experience deploying enterprise-scale IoT systems valued
