📋 Description

• Oversee regional operations for the Workforce Services division • Lead and inspire multi-unit teams and executive leaders to successful outcomes • Create, communicate, and implement the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction • Meet regularly with Senior Leadership to monitor KPIs and operational items • Develop and implement strategic plans guiding the direction of the business • Conduct onsite reviews at all Career Team locations • Host weekly check-ins with Executive Director and Regional Director teams • Monitor the external and internal competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, industry developments, and standards • Lead Regional Directors, expenditure rates, metrics and performance, Workforce Services/Corporate liaison activities, performance-metric negotiations, service delivery plans, and new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 6+ years of experience in Business Leadership, Public Relations, Education, and Human Services with leadership and management experience • 5+ years of experience with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive • 5+ years of demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle personnel matters and inquiries with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy • Ability to work across all levels of management and staff • Exceptional organizational, analytical, research, critical thinking, and time management skills • Ability to complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy • Ability to meet accounting month-end deadlines • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and in a virtual team environment • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of WIOA/TANF workforce development contracts/programs • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal, prior employment, and education verification
